1. Eligibility. The Wrangler Rock the Rodeo Sweepstakes (this "Sweepstakes") is offered only in the 50 United States including the District of Columbia and is open only to legal residents of such jurisdictions who, as of date of entry, are at least 21. If you do NOT reside in the U.S. or are otherwise ineligible, do NOT attempt to enter the Sweepstakes. Employees, officers and directors and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouse) wherever they may live and others living in their same household (whether related or not) of Kontoor Brands Inc. ("Sponsor"), and any members of Cody Johnson's staff are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win the prize. Void outside of U.S. and where prohibited by law. By entering, entrants accept and agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal.

2. Entry. All entries must be received by October 25, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. EST. Sweepstakes begins on 9/1/2024 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on 10/25/2024 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET ("Entry Period"). Visit codyjohnson.wrangler.com to enter by completing and submitting the entry form with your first name, last name, and, email address where you may be notified on or after 3:00 p.m. ET on Friday, 10/25/2024 if your entry is selected as the potential Grand Prize winner. We may also email you offers of interest from Wrangler, which have no effect on your chance to win, and from which you may unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email.

3. Entry Restrictions. Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged. Proof of your entering information on codyjohnson.wrangler.com does not constitute proof of entry. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON, regardless of email address used to enter. Multiple entrants may not share the same email address. Duplicate entries are not eligible even if the same person is somehow able to access the entry form more than once. Any person who attempts to participate with multiple email addresses, under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times in violation of the preceding limit will be disqualified. Entries must be manually key-stroked. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed or like means are prohibited and will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be deemed to be the account holder of the email address identified in the entry. The account holder means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If multiple entries use the same email address, Sponsor may give effect to the first entry and disqualify all subsequent entries with the same email address.

4. Winner Determination and Notification; Odds. After the Entry Period ends, one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected via random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Odds to win prize depend on number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Potential winner will be notified by email or phone, in Sponsor's discretion, on or after 10/25/2024. Potential winner is required to respond to Sponsor's initial notification attempt within 72 hours or prize may be forfeit. Potential winner will be required to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release and IRS Form W-9 Request for Taxpayer Identification within five (5) business days of receipt of this documentation. Sponsor reserves the right to request that the Affidavit be notarized. Winner may return an electronic copy advance copy of the documentation requested by secure email or as directed by Sponsor to a secure site, but the originals will also need to be timely received if so requested by Sponsor. (The preceding also applies to the liability release and publicity release, to be executed by winner's guest on trip as set forth in Rule 5 below.) In the event of non-compliance with this requirement or if potential winner fails to timely respond to initial attempt to notify them, potential winner cannot be contacted for any reason, required documentation is not completed and returned in a timely manner, or in the event of non-compliance with any other requirement in these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected, time permitting prior to commencement of travel. Sponsor reserves all rights to verify eligibility, including by checking winner's and guest's drivers' licenses for age and residency eligibility.

5. Prize. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Grand Prize package is a 2-night, 3-day trip for winner and one (1) guest requiring travel to Las Vegas, Nevada on December 11-13, 2024 including the components below with an Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of $4,400.

Prize package includes:

• A $1,500 travel voucher awarded in the form of a check or prepaid card intended to defray winner and guest's costs to fly or otherwise travel to Las Vegas to enjoy the Grand Prize;
• Two (2) nights' standard hotel room (double occupancy) for 3 days/2 nights for winner and guest at a Las Vegas hotel elected by Sponsor (December 11 - 13, 2024, checking out on Friday, December 13, 2024);
• Two (2) tickets to the Cody Johnson concert on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at MGM Grand Garden Arena, located at 3799 South Las Vegas Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89109 and a possible meet-and-greet opportunity with Cody Johnson in connection with the concert;
• Admission for two (2) to the "WNFR" (meaning Wrangler National Finals Rodeo, located at Las Vegas Convention Center at 3150 Paradise Rd Las Vegas, NV 89109) for one (1) day on Thursday December 12, 2024;
• One (1) $400 prepaid card, which may be used to defray costs of food, beverages and ground transportation in Las Vegas or otherwise;
• Two (2) Wrangler^® branded apparel gifts for winner and guest (may specify male or female and size, with other details as selected in Sponsor's sole discretion); and

Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor so as to attend the WNFR on December 12, 2024, and Cody Johnson concert on December 12, 2024; if potential winner is not available on such dates for any reason or fails to comply with any portion of these Official Rules, prize may be forfeit and an alternate winner selected (time permitting prior to commencement of travel). In the event the winner or winner's guest is unable to use any portion of the Grand Prize package, the unused portion is forfeit and no cash or other replacement will be provided.

Winner and guest agree to reasonably pose with Sponsor's team members at the Event for photos or videos Sponsor may use to promote this Sweepstakes and the award of the Grand Prize to winner and guest.

The events in Las Vegas are collectively called the "Event" in these Official Rules. While Sponsor is a sponsor of the WNFR under its Wrangler brand name, Sponsor does not host, operate or control the Event in any manner and is not responsible if any or all of any portion of the event is delayed, postponed, cancelled, or otherwise in accessible to winner and guest for any reason. Sponsor has no liability for any events outside of its control that affect winner's ability to claim any portion of the prize package, including, without limitation, travel delays, weather issues, illness, injury, death or other causes outside of Sponsor's direct control.

Conditions to claim Prize:

• Grand Prize winner and guest will need to confirm their travel arrangements to Las Vegas with Sponsor reasonably in advance of the Event to allow Sponsor or its designee to help coordinate prize fulfillment details for the Event.
• Guest of winner must also be at least 21 years of age or older and must sign and timely return a Guest Liability and Publicity Release as a condition to accompany winner on trip prize, and prior to issuance of travel documents. If winner chooses to travel without a guest, Grand Prize may be awarded in at 50% reduced increments appropriate for a single traveler (i.e., the Grand Prize winner him/herself) and winner will not receive any compensation in conjunction with portions that were intended for a guest.
• All travel arrangements to / from Las Vegas and to / from Event portions in Las Vegas are the responsibility of winner and their guest; Sponsor may but is not required to assist with transportation details. Winner and guest are responsible to comply with all carrier and airport rules and regulations if flying and any other applicable requirements based on their chosen travel means.
• Venues' rules and guidelines for attendees at each venue hosting any part of the Event apply to winner and guest, including dismissal from the venue for any violations.
• Meet-and-greet with Cody Johnson is subject to Mr. Johnson's professional commitments and availability, over which Sponsor has no control; and, if Mr. Johnson is not available or must terminate or cut short the meet-and-greet opportunity for any reason, Sponsor's liability is limited to award of the remaining elements of the Grand Prize package. Meet-and-greet opportunity will be supervised, is not private and will last for a designated period of time. Mr. Johnson reserves the right to limit the number of autographs given by him (as well as the items to be autographed) or photographs to be taken of him (whether or not with winner and/or guest). Seat location at Cody Johnson concert is of Sponsor's sole choosing.
• Any incidentals and expenses related to acceptance and use of prize which are not specified in these Official Rules, such as hotel gratuities, airline fees for extra bags, or air port fees for parking, by way of example and not limitation, as well as all applicable taxes on prize are winner's sole responsibility.
• During trip (including but not limited to meet-and-greet element of trip), winner and guest must follow all instructions of Sponsor and behave in an appropriate, courteous and orderly manner at all times; failure of winner and/or guest to act appropriately may result in prize forfeiture, termination of trip and/or other possible repercussions (to be determined in Sponsor's sole discretion).
• No trip interruption insurance, travel insurance, or health insurance is provided by Sponsor for winner and guest who would be responsible for the foregoing if so desired.

Sponsor shall report the ARV of winner's prize to the IRS as required by law. Winner is solely responsible for any and all tax implications from claiming or using the prize. No prize component substitution is permitted except by Sponsor if advertised prize/prize component is unavailable for any reason, and only then for prize/prize component of equal or greater value. Prize is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash. Prize is not transferable.

Sponsor is not affiliated with and does not control any travel carrier, vehicle used for travel, transportation provider, hotel, food and beverage vendor, venue, performer or other third party element winner and guest may encounter as part of this trip prize.

6. Publicity Release. By accepting prize, except where prohibited by law, winner hereby grants Sponsor and its designees the right to use winner's name, address (city, state/province), likeness, photograph, other indicia of persona and/or statements made by winner regarding the prize, the Sweepstakes or the Sponsor for advertising/publicity/trade purposes by Sponsor without further compensation, notice, review or approval. Such use includes but is not limited to posting of winner's likeness, photograph or information on the Wrangler Western Facebook, Twitter, and/or Instagram pages. Winner also acknowledges and agrees that one such designee of Sponsor under the granny above will be Cody Johnson, who in his discretion may or may not post images or videos from his meet and greet with winner to his website and/or social media channels.

7. Limitations of Liability. Sponsor's time-keeping device is the official clock time-keeping device for purposes of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for (a) any incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by web site users, tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error; (b) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of any web site or entries, failures in notifications, delay or delivery of notifications, or misdirected notifications based on inaccurate contact information; and (c) any problems or technical malfunctions of any internet service provider, network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, programming or failure of -mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof, or for injury or damage to entrant's or to any person's computer or mobile device (or any information/materials stored therein) related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. (The preceding includes but is not limited to any defect/irregularity/malfunction which interrupts or interferes with the availability of the entry form.) Sponsor and its agencies also assume no responsibility for late, lost, illegible/garbled, incomplete, damaged, inaccessible, corrupted or jumbled e-mail transmissions or entries regardless of cause; and, all such entries are void.

By participating, each entrant indemnifies, releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, and its affiliates and its and their directors, officers, agents, representatives, shareholders, employees, successors and assigns, as well as Cody Johnson and his staff ("Released Entities") from any and all liability arising from participating in the Sweepstakes, any Sweepstakes-related activity and/or acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering (or attempting to tamper) with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or any web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules or to be acting in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. The preceding in no way precludes Sponsor from taking other actions against such individuals so as to protect its rights. Sponsor shall not be required to award more than the stated number of prizes (one). Any unclaimed portion of the Grand Prize package may not be awarded.

8. Force Majeure. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes (or any part thereof) is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, fire, flood, storm or other natural cataclysm, riot, strike, civil commotion, governmental regulation or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which, in its sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (or any part thereof), Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and conduct the Sweepstakes and select the prize winner in a manner which is fair, equitable and in accordance with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of such action by Sponsor will be posted on the Wrangler Western Facebook page, Twitter page and Instagram page.

9. PRIVACY NOTICE. Sponsor collects personal data when you enter the Sweepstakes. Entering the Sweepstakes constitutes your permission for the Sponsor and its affiliated companies to maintain the data in the U.S. The data is collected to maintain a record of those who have entered the Sweepstakes, to contact the potential winner, and, in the case of residents of the U.S. only, for marketing purposes in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy at codyjohnson.wrangler.com.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION/GOVERNING LAW/WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, (a) you agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, any prize awarded, these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of any entrant and/or Sponsor shall be filed in state court in Guilford County, North Carolina USA or in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action (and waive any right to change of venue, forum non conveniens, or any like right); YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY; (c) you agree any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, any prize awarded or these Official Rules, and/or the rights and obligations of any entrant and/or Sponsor, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and (c) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), including costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (d) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive, all rights to claim punitive, exemplary, special, incidental, indirect and consequential damages and any other damages (whether due to negligence or otherwise), other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrant and/or Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina USA without giving effect or regard to any principles or doctrines of conflicts of law/choice of law of the State of North Carolina USA or of any other jurisdiction.

11. Winner's List. For the name of winner (first name, last initial; city/state) following confirmation of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Sponsor at the address below indicating the name of this Sweepstakes in your request. Requests must be received by January 8, 2025. This Sweepstakes may not be published or republished elsewhere without the written permission of Sponsor which may be granted or withheld in its sole discretion.
